Chargeback Policy

1. If the Company receive, for any reason, a dispute, claim, and/or chargeback from your credit card issuer or any other payment method you use, you acknowledge that we have the right to:

  1. a)immediately close any and all of your open transactions whether at a loss or a profit and liquidate your account with or without any notice; and/or
  2. b)immediately place restrictions on your account with or without any notice

2. The Company will not be held liable for any loss, cost or charge incurred resulting directly or indirectly from the exercise of our right to place restrictions on your account.

3.The Company reserves the right to charge a fee “chargeback fee” if a chargeback is placed with your credit card company (either intentionally or unintentionally) for any deposit made to your account. The chargeback fee will be comprised of the “administration fee” of $25 per transaction to cover all further investigation expenses. In case of pre-arbitration, additional fees may apply from the card processor.
